Exchanges Only

We keep it simple at SHRED SYNDICATE: no returns, exchanges only.

Eligible for Exchange

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Requested for exchange within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, smells, pet hair, or damage

What We Don’t Accept

We do not offer refunds, and we do not exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Limited drops marked final sale
  • Worn or washed gear
  • Damaged items caused after delivery
  • Gift cards

Wrong or Damaged Order?

If we messed up, we’ll fix it. Email support@shopshredsyndicate.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Exchange Process

Email support@shopshredsyndicate.com with your order number and requested size/item change. If your exchange item is sold out, we may issue store credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges unless the mistake was ours.
